Refund Policy

The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation placed through the website up to 12 hours before the start of the ride Free of any charges.

Within the Confirmation E-mail that you’ve received, there is a link to Edit or Cancel your Booking, You may cancel your booking (ONLINE).

If a trip is canceled within 12 hours before the desired departure time, the customer shall pay an amount of € 20.00 for administration costs.

Cancellation, as referred to in GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, is only possible through the website. If the reservation was made through the website, cancellation is only possible using the instructions given in the hyperlink in the confirmation received by the customer on the specified email address.

If the customer has paid in advance as specified in GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the customer is entitled to a partial refund based on the provisions of this paragraph, 247 Express Taxi shall pay this refund as soon possible but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation.
